Trying to get a one year old photoshoot to work out exactly as you’d planned is nearly impossible…

That’s what I learned earlier this week during my one year old photoshoot with little miss Kyrie. There are so many factors that need to come together to make the perfect one year old photoshoot. Most importantly, you have to have a happy one year old. I wouldn’t say we had an unhappy one year old, but we did have a pouty one. Catching those fleeting smiles was almost impossible as the little cutie was turning away from me every chance she got. She definitely kept me on my toes!

Although we couldn’t get the birthday girl to sit still for a few of the photos we’d planned to take, we definitely got some cute shots. When working with kids you really jut have to roll with it and take what you can get.
