There’s not much better than some fall leaves and smiling faces.

A few weeks ago I got a call from my friend, Kevin asking if he could bring a new family member to their family photoshoot the next day. I immediately assumed they were expecting, but to my surprise they had adopted a dog! If you know me, you know I adore pups, so I was quick to agree to the added family member.

I didn’t realize how difficult it would be to get a dog to sit still with his people while they tried to get their baby to smile for the camera. Kyrie is the cutest little one year old who wants to run and play and not smile for photos. So trying to get her and the dog to sit still long enough to snap a few shots was an adventure.

This was my first time doing family photos for a client and I loved it. Thanks for the fun Hanes family!
