This spring, I’ve been volunteering for a girl’s summer camp. That means I’m putting together a lot of things and planning a lot. So far, the most fun I’ve had doing this has been designing a t-shirt. I attended this camp for a few summers when I was a teen and I remember all of the camp shirts that I got while I was there. So I knew I had to make a shirt that these girls would love!

This is a church camp that I’m designing this shirt for. Our group has been given a theme of “hope”. Each group has a yoga pose assigned to them and ours has the boat pose. That’s why I went with the boat design that I have. I was thinking about how when the waters get rough and we storms hit, we can turn to God and find hope.

Here’s the design. I’m hoping to put it on a light yellow t-shirt. I’ll try to remember to post a photo of the finished product when they’re printed.
